Can complexity theories be applied to administrative activity and organization? What relationship exist between administrative complexity and system crisis? What characteristics should have rules to govern administrative complexity? Can administrative complexity affect the traditional categories of administrative law? Building on these questions, this book reflect on complexity of the Italian administrative system, according to three distinct perspectives: Complexity, Procedures and Decisions; Complexity, Organisation and Accountability and Complexity, Rights and Interests.
